Overview

The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Quality Manager. Quality Managers plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate quality activities to ensure stated quality requirements and objectives are met within an organisation.

This qualification has been designed to address the shortage of suitably qualified quality managers in the production as well as the services environment. The qualification establishes a standard for uniformity and consistency in training staff employed in various industries.
