Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Where we ship

​

  • South Africa: Door-to-door courier to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes or Post Office counters).

  • Outside South Africa: We can arrange international courier at the buyer’s cost. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are for the recipient.

2. Fees & delivery times

​

  • SA deliveries: Free shipping. Typical delivery 2–7 working days after payment clears.

  • International deliveries: Quoted on request. Delivery timelines vary by country and courier.

  • We’ll email your tracking number once your order is booked with the courier.

  • Courier deliveries occur Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays).

 

 

Tip: Use a daytime address where someone can sign. If the courier can’t deliver after reasonable attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.

3. Order processing & changes

​

  • Orders are processed once payment reflects.

  • Need to change your address or contact details? Email info@palucraft.com before dispatch (we’ll confirm if we can apply the change).

4. Pre-orders

​

  • Items marked Pre-Order are not yet in stock (often in print). Estimated dispatch is 1–2 weeks, but printing can take longer.

  • Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your copy.

  • Cancellations:

    • Before dispatch: Allowed — full refund.

    • After dispatch: See “Returns & Refunds” below.

  • Mixed carts (in-stock + pre-order): We ship once all items are available. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

5. Digital products: Study Material access

​

  • Access (license) is provisioned to your Candidate Platform account after payment.

  • One user per license (non-transferable, non-shareable).

  • If you have trouble accessing content, contact support first — we’ll help resolve technical issues quickly.

  • Refunds for digital products: Once access has been activated/redeemed, the product is generally non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., the content is defective or not as described).

6. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

​

  • Please inspect on delivery. If something is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email info@palucraft.com within 48 hours with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the parcel, packaging, waybill, and item(s)

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or correction at our cost where appropriate.

7. Returns & refunds (physical books)

​

We want you to be confident in your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights:

  • Change-of-mind returns:

    • Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned with original packaging.

    • Return shipping is for the buyer. Refunds exclude any non-standard shipping charges.

  • Defective or not-as-described:

    • If we confirm a defect or error, we’ll repair/replace or refund (including reasonable return costs), as required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • How to initiate: Email info@palucraft.com for return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Refund timing: Once the return is received and inspected, we process refunds to your original payment method. Banks can take 3–7 working days to reflect funds.

​

8. Risk & title

​

  • Risk transfers to you on delivery/signature at the address provided (or, for collections, when the item is handed to you).

  • Title passes once full payment is received.

9. Collections

​

  • You’re welcome to buy or collect at our Bryanston Training Centre — please email info@palucraft.com to confirm stock and arrange a time.
