1. Who we are

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of palucraft-gccstudy.com and its sub-domains and social media pages (the “Website”), and any licensed online study materials, courses, content, and related services we provide (the “Product”). “Palucraft”, “we”, “us” means Palucraft (Pty) Ltd.

 

“User” means a site visitor; “Candidate” means a purchaser or authorised user of the Product.

By accessing or using the Website or Product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Website or Product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

​

• You must have the legal capacity to contract.

• You’re responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Do not share logins; access is strictly individual and non-transferable.

• Tell us immediately at info@palucraft.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

 

3. Licence to use the Website & Product

 

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website and, where purchased or otherwise authorised by Palucraft, to use the Product for personal, non-commercial self-study during the access period stated at purchase.

You may not:

• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Content;

• publicly display, broadcast, or commercially exploit the Content;

• share, sell, lend, rent, sublicense, or “mirror” the Content;

• circumvent technical protections, scrape, data-mine, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access source code;

• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

• share your login with any person, group, or organisation.

 

The licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms or when your access period ends. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete any downloaded materials.

 

4. Intellectual property

 

All materials on the Website and within the Product—including text, questions, solutions, diagrams, videos, software, data, graphics, logos, and their selection and arrangement (“Content”)—are owned by Palucraft and/or its licensors and protected by South African and international IP laws. No title or ownership transfers to you.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Palucraft a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

5. Acceptable use & conduct

​

Use the Website and Product lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: impersonation; harassment or stalking; attempting to harm minors; sending spam; introducing malware; interfering with security or operation; or using the Product in a way that competes with us.

We may monitor use for compliance and may suspend or terminate access for violations.

 

6. Product description, pricing & payment

• Features, access periods, and pricing are shown on the relevant Product pages at the time of purchase. Prices may change from time to time.

• Taxes, levies, bank charges, and (if applicable) international duties are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• Access to digital Product is provisioned after payment reflects.

 

7. Digital access, activation & refunds

• Digital Product is delivered by granting access to the Candidate Platform.

• Once your access is activated/redeemed, digital Product is generally non-refundable, except where required by South African law (e.g., if defective or not as described).

• If you have technical issues, contact info@palucraft.com for support; we’ll help restore access or resolve the fault.

8. Pre-orders

​

Items flagged as Pre-Order are not yet in stock. Estimated readiness windows are indicative and may shift (e.g., print delays).

• Before dispatch: you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund.

9. No professional or governmental affiliation; no guarantees

 

Palucraft is not an educational institution and is not affiliated with any government or regulator. Our resources are not endorsed by any government or educational institution. We make no guarantee that you will pass the GCC Factories examinations. The Product is designed to assist your preparation; your results depend on your own study and performance.

10. Third-party links & affiliates

​

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We don’t control or endorse those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Some links may be affiliate links—at no additional cost to you, we may earn a commission if you make a purchase.

11. Disclaimers

​

The Website and Product are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palucraft disclaims all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free access.

 

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palucraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Product—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid to Palucraft for the Product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions/limitations; where prohibited, they will not apply.

 

13. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palucraft, its directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Website or Product; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension & termination

​

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, posed a security or legal risk, or stopped paying applicable fees. Upon termination, your licence ends and you must cease use and delete any downloaded materials. Clauses that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

 

15. Changes to the Website or Terms

 

We may modify the Website, Product, or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where practical, provide a notice on the Website. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

16. Privacy & data protection

 

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Website or Product, you consent to our processing of your information as described there.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts competent to hear the matter.
