GCC Factories Experience Requirements and Professional Development Plan

This webinar is designed for engineers, technicians, and artisans who have decided to pursue the GCC Factories and now need a structured, practical plan to meet the experience requirements set by the Department of Employment and Labour.

The focus of this session is on unpacking the GCC Factories experience requirements and developing a professional development plan by creating an “Annexure E–equivalent” framework. While GCC Mines candidates follow a formal Annexure E during their training, GCC Factories candidates are often left without an equivalent roadmap. In this webinar, we will demonstrate how to build one.

During the session, we will:

• Explain the purpose of an Annexure E–type framework in competency development

• Break down the experience areas typically expected for GCC Factories acceptance

• Demonstrate how to structure a personalised experience plan aligned to plant, machinery, and legal responsibilities
